What & When
- Notice of Intent (LOI): due by July 1 annually, or within 14 days of starting mid-year.
- IHIP: submit after LOI per district/NYC DOE timing.
- Quarterly Reports & Annual Assessment: follow your district/NYC DOE calendar.
Suggested dates commonly used: Nov 15 · Jan 31 · Apr 15 · Jun 30 (Annual Assessment). Adjust if your district sets different dates.
